The service

DueNest stores dates you enter and schedules reminder notifications. It does not verify documents, immigration status, eligibility, filing requirements, or legal deadlines.

Your responsibilities

• Enter only dates you have independently confirmed.
• Keep official records and source documents outside DueNest.
• Maintain access to your verified email and review delivery health.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, disrupt it, probe other accounts, or submit malicious content.

No legal advice or guaranteed delivery

DueNest is a reminder tool, not legal advice, an immigration service, or an official record. Notification delivery can be delayed or fail because of email providers, networks, configuration, maintenance, or events outside our control. Never rely on DueNest as your only record or reminder for a consequential date.

Private beta and availability

The service may change during private beta. We may limit access, suspend abusive activity, perform maintenance, or discontinue features. We aim to communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

Your content and license

You retain rights in the reminder information you submit. You grant Colworks a limited license to store and process that information solely to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Colworks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for missed deadlines, legal consequences, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from reliance on reminders. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service and delete your account. Questions can be sent to hello@colworks.com.
