Information we collect

• Account: your email address, verification time, session records, locale, and timezone.
• Reminders you create: a private label, category, confirmed date, timezone, send time, reminder intervals, privacy setting, and optional short note.
• Operational records: scheduled notification jobs, delivery status, failure codes, and a minimal reminder change history.

DueNest does not ask you to upload passports, visas, immigration forms, or other source documents. Please do not enter complete document numbers or sensitive document text.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, display and schedule your reminders, send requested notifications, show delivery health, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or use reminder contents for behavioral advertising.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, database, security, and email-delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf. Their systems may operate in countries different from yours. We limit access to what is needed to provide the service.

Retention and your choices

You can export your account data from DueNest settings. You can delete an individual reminder or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes the account, reminders, scheduled jobs, sessions, and delivery history from the active service database, subject to short-lived infrastructure backups and legal obligations.

Security and reminder privacy

We use HTTPS, one-time sign-in links, hashed authentication tokens, access controls, and version-checked notification jobs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Strict privacy mode keeps notification copy generic; you control whether a private label may appear.

Children and legal decisions

DueNest is not directed to children under 13. It is a reminder tool—not legal advice, an immigration service, or an official record. Always verify important dates with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
